I was recently getting Blaupunkt Philadelphia 835 installed on Volkswagen Jetta 2015.
Everything got nicely fitted and working. However, there was a small glitch that whenever reverse gear was engaged when the engine was on; the reverse camera will not show video on the system's screen.
Upon lot of researching found out that when the engine is on, CAN interface and the system takes lot of voltage and on connecting the camera with the reverse light doesn't gives the reverse camera enough voltage.
To circumvent that hooked up the reverse camera power line directly to the fuse box and it started working even when the engine was on.
Try this if you are facing the same issue and let me know in comments if it works for you.
